Frsncesca Gauci is a Senior Risk Associate at RMC Wise LTD where she focuses on providing Risk Management services to an array of licensed entities.

She assists in the identification, evaluation, mitigation, monitoring and reporting of all material risks across all areas, both from a quantitative and qualitative risk management perspective.


Experience

Before joining RMC Wise Limited, Francesca started her career working in the clients’ relationship department at a major investment company. She then moved to a leading asset management firm, which provides investment management services and distribution for both UCITS and AIF funds, whereby she held a position within the Risk Management Department for three years.


Educational Background

Francesca graduated with an Honours Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Malta in 2020. Francesca furthered her education within the Risk Management field by successfully passing the Financial Risk Manager FRM Exam Part I. Moreover, she is currently a candidate for the Financial Risk Manager FRM Exam Part II.
